Parent & Chaperone Information

For the safety and enjoyment of all children, parents are not permitted in the Upper Hall unless they are registered as a volunteer/chaperone.

Children will be supervised by volunteers, and there will be no “ins and outs” for children during the event. Parents are welcome to drop off and go, or stay and enjoy the Parents' Hangout in the Lower Hall.

A Parent Consent Form must be signed at the door prior to your child entering the Upper Hall.

Parents' Hangout

Parents are invited to socialize and enjoy the evening in the Lower Hall while the kids dance upstairs.

The Parents' Hangout will feature:

  • Full-service bar with $5 beer and cocktails

  • Non-alcoholic options available

  • Snacks available for purchase

  • Pool tables

  • Shuffleboard

  • Darts

  • Costumes encouraged!

Children are not permitted in the Lower Hall. Parents may also come and go to the outside patio, which is part of the Parents' Hangout area. Weather permitting, a fire will be lit and our liquor licence will extend to the patio.

Come drop off the kids, enjoy some Halloween fun of your own, and let them dance the night away!
